Quick summary

All subscription controls live under Billing in the dashboard. Cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period.

Step-by-step

  1. Step 1

    Open Billing

    Sign in as owner and go to Billing.

    Open: /billing
  2. Step 2

    Change payment method

    Click Update payment method to change the card on file. Stripe handles the secure update.

  3. Step 3

    Cancel or reactivate

    Click Cancel subscription to schedule cancellation at period end. Reactivate any time before that.

  • What happens to my data if I cancel?
    Your data stays available for export during a grace period. After that, customer-personal data is deleted per the privacy policy.
