- There is no standard free trial. Current public plans are Solo at AED 199/month, Core at AED 299/month, Multi at AED 499/month. Invitation-only or custom offers are shown clearly at signup or in writing before payment.
- Can YallaSalon handle haircut and beard trim combos?
- Yes. Create combo services with their own duration, price, staff eligibility, deposit rules, and booking page.
- Can customers choose a barber?
- Yes. Customers can choose a specific barber when that staff member is active and available for the selected service.
- Does it support walk-ins and appointments?
- Yes. Use calendar appointments, Today Board, Queue, and walk-in flows from the same account.
- Can I send WhatsApp reminders?
- Yes. WhatsApp reminders, booking confirmations, review requests, and post-visit messages are part of the platform once your templates and Meta setup are active.
- Can I issue UAE VAT/TRN invoices?
- Yes. YallaSalon supports UAE-style invoices with VAT/TRN details, customer records, payments, and printable invoice pages.
- Can I manage multiple barbers?
- Yes. Staff calendars, availability, services, appointments, and reporting are built for multi-barber teams.
- What's the setup fee for?
- The AED 199 one-time onboarding fee covers data migration, importing your existing client list, and a live setup session. If an invitation-only offer waives or changes setup fees, that exception must be shown before payment.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- How does payment processing work?
- Stripe fees are passed through at cost — we never add a commission. Stripe Connect payouts are subject to Stripe availability, KYC, account approval, reserves, payout schedules, disputes, and processor requirements.
- Does the price go up when I hire more staff?
- No. The price is per location, not per seat. Hire as many team members as you need.
